Whispering Nigerian Goat Farm has been raising and breeding Nigerian Dwarf goats in Rockdale, TX since 2006. We are a small farm that enjoys raising goats and we are a member of the American Goat Society. Our goats are purebred and registered. We would like to breed beautiful goats for you, so please peruse our site and let us know how we can help. We do not ship the animals. You are responsible for picking them up.
Our goats are not for human consumption. They are raised to be pets and for show only.

Another hobby is making fleece blankets for sale. Cindy gives $5.00 each for the sale of her blankets to St. Jude Children's Hospital for children with cancer. See the Blankets page.
ABOUT Cindy
Cindy Skelton's goats are more than just pets and show animals. In 2005, Cindy moved to Rockdale, TX from Rhode Island. In May of 2006, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. She endured 6 weeks of chemo and radiation. After a short break she underwent more direct radiation therapy. Then she learned that her 35 year old son had committed suicide, so it has been a hard road back. For Cindy, caring for the goats gives her a measure of peace and happiness. She just loves making her soaps! She has been doing that for 4 years. Consequently, Cindy donates a portion of her sales to St. Jude Children's Hospital for children with cancer. She is currently cancer free and hopes to stay that way for a long time to come.
